As a Stock Associate, you will serve as a key member of the retail operations team, ensuring efficient back-of-house organization and inventory management. This role supports the store's overall success by maintaining accurate inventory, managing inbound and outbound stock shipments, and enabling the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient stockroom environment always. Receive, process, ticket, and replenish merchandise accurately and promptly. Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy. Support replenishment strategies to ensure merchandise is readily available on the sales floor. Communicate new inventory arrivals and stock updates to the store leadership team promptly. Participate in store inventory counts, cycle counts, and other inventory control procedures. Track, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies while escalating concerns to management. Follow company policies, operational procedures, and internal audit standards. Ensure damaged, defective, or quality-related merchandise issues are identified and addressed promptly. Assist with shipment processing and transfers. Collaborate effectively with store leadership and team members. Provide support on the sales floor during peak traffic periods as needed while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of BAPE products, collections, and brand history. Maintain a clean, safe, and secure stockroom and work environment. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in retail, warehouse, hospitality, customer service, or related environment is preferred. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic math and inventory management skills. Ability to follow processes, procedures, and operational guidelines accurately. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and accountability. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
