Stock Associate

If you’re the type of person who likes staying busy rather than watching the clock, this could be a good fit. We’re hiring a Stock Associate in Dayton to join a busy retail team. It’s an active, hands-on position where the day tends to move quickly. You don’t need years of retail experience either — being reliable, organised and willing to get stuck in matters more to us. The Job at a Glance Location: Dayton, OH Full-time, 35–40 hours per week Shifts scheduled in advance Morning and afternoon shifts Some weekend availability required In-person retail position What Does a Normal Shift Look Like? It varies. Some days are fairly steady, while others start with a large delivery and suddenly there’s plenty to get through. As a Stock Associate, you’ll help with: Receiving and unpacking deliveries Organising products in the stockroom Replenishing the sales floor throughout the day Checking stock levels and assisting with inventory counts Making sure products are stored and labelled correctly Keeping stock areas clean and organised Supporting the wider store team during busy periods Occasionally helping customers locate products You’ll spend a good portion of the day on your feet, so this role suits someone who prefers an active working environment. What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Stock Associate, Stockroom Assistant, Retail Associate, Inventory Associate or Store Associate is useful, but it isn’t essential. More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is dependable, works well with others and can keep themselves organised when the store gets busy. You should also be comfortable lifting and moving stock as part of your normal working day.
