Duties Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment Organize and stock products efficiently on shelves or storage areas, ensuring proper merchandising and product placement Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks safely and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or storage areas to promote safety and efficiency Support retail store operations by packaging products, replenishing shelves, and providing excellent customer service when needed Use communication skills to coordinate with team members on inventory updates, stock transfers, and maintenance needs Requirements Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and effectively Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks while practicing safe lifting techniques Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for communicating with diverse team members or customers Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and processing transactions accurately Excellent communication skills paired with a proactive attitude towards teamwork and safety compliance Join us in creating an energetic environment where your skills in stock management, organization, and customer service will thrive!
