Entry Writer / Import Specialist – Wine & Spirits

We are looking for an experienced Customs Brokerage professional to support the day-to-day handling and customs clearance of international shipments, with a strong focus on Wine & Spirits imports . The role will involve preparing and reviewing import entry documentation, classifying shipments, coordinating with U.S. Customs and other government agencies, and ensuring shipments move efficiently from clearance through final delivery. You will work closely with Brokerage, Branch, and Compliance management and act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and customers. Key responsibilities include preparing customs entries and PSCs, handling FDA and other PGA filings, coordinating pickups and deliveries, entering shipment and billing information into operational systems, supporting customer billing and payment requests, and resolving clearance or documentation issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of Customs Brokerage/import experience across a broad range of commodities, with knowledge of ADD/CVD, FDA, EPA, Fish & Wildlife, CBMA, FAA and TTB regulations . Experience with Wine & Spirits and TTB-related processes would be particularly valuable. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with solid mathematical ability for calculating duties, taxes, fees, currency conversions, weights, and measurements.
