Stock Associate

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Stock Associate and become a vital part of our retail and warehouse operations! Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with retail products, ensuring proper merchandising and product placement Conduct inventory control activities including cycle counts, stock audits, and updating inventory management systems with accuracy Operate RF scanners to track product movement and maintain precise stock records Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by loading and unloading trucks safely while adhering to safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and retail areas to promote safety and efficiency Support retail store operations by packaging products, assisting customers with product knowledge, and performing cashiering duties when needed Requirements Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock management Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs Capable of manual handling including heavy lifting while following safe lifting practices Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and processing transactions accurately Knowledge of retail product merchandising, shipping & receiving procedures, and inventory management systems is advantageous Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent teamwork and customer service orientation Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while supporting our operational excellence!
