Responsibilities Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safe lifting practices Operate RF scanners to accurately track inventory movement and update stock records in real-time Stock shelves and storage areas efficiently, ensuring products are organized and accessible for customers and staff Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management to prevent stock discrepancies Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas, including warehouse floors and backroom spaces Assist with packaging, shipping, and receiving tasks to support seamless logistics operations Support merchandising efforts by arranging products according to store standards and promotional displays Use communication skills to coordinate with team members on stock levels, product placement, and replenishment needs Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred Proficiency with inventory control systems and RF scanners is a plus Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock accuracy Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks regularly Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and processing transactions accurately Knowledge of retail product knowledge, merchandising standards, and shipping & receiving procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within warehouse operations or retail settings Join us today as a Stock Associate where your energy fuels our success!
