Step Deck/Flatbed Driver

Freight Portal LLC is a small, family-owned trucking company based in the Chicago area, and we are hiring a CDL-A Flatbed / Step Deck Company Driver. At the big carriers with thousands of trucks, you’re just a truck number. You call dispatch and get a different person every time, or nobody at all. We work differently. Our dispatcher is my wife, who has 8 years of experience in open deck (flatbed and step deck). We know the freight, the brokers, and the lanes, and we know how to keep your wheels turning. Because we’re small, we have time for every driver. When you call, we answer and we know who you are. Company driver Pay: $3,500 – $5,500 per week 32% of the load, and our trucks gross $12,000+ per week Paid every week Owner Operator Pay: Owner-operators keep 88% of the load Our trucks gross $12,000+ per week, which is about $10,560+ per week to you Paid every week What we offer our Company Drivers: A family atmosphere: you talk directly to the owner and the dispatcher, with no call centers Experienced open-deck dispatch: we plan good loads and respect your home time Clean, well-kept trucks Flexible home time Fair, honest settlements.
