Stand Up Forklift Operator

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Stand-Up Forklift Operator tosupport warehouse operations. The operator will safely move, load, unload, andorganize materials throughout the facility while maintaining accurate inventory and following all workplace safety procedures. Responsibilities Operate stand-up/reach forklifts safely and efficiently. Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse. Place and retrieve pallets from racks and designated storage areas. Inspect the forklift before each shift and report mechanical or safety issues. Verify product quantities and assist with inventory organization. Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems as required. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow OSHA, company, and warehouse safety procedures. Work with warehouse associates and supervisors to complete daily assignments. Perform additional warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Previous stand-up forklift or reach-truck experience preferred. Current forklift certification preferred. Warehouse or distribution-center experience is a plus. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Schedule & Physical Requirements Ability to work a scheduled shift, including overtime when required. Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods. Ability to lift and move warehouse materials as required. Must be able to work safely around moving equipment and warehouse traffic.
