Stand-Up Forklift Driver | 10AM to 6:30PM | Cold Storage Facility

Who We Are Triple Temp Cold Storage LLC is a growing cold storage and warehousing operation based on reliability, safety, and teamwork. We're hiring a Forklift Operator who takes pride in doing things right. Prior cold storage or reach truck experience is great to have, but we'll invest in training the right person. Your Day-to-Day Reach Truck Operations – Safely transport, position, and stack product using a stand-up reach forklift in a high-bay warehouse setting. Dock Operations – Support inbound and outbound activity by loading and unloading trailers according to company handling standards. Inventory Accuracy – Verify incoming shipments against manifests, flag damage or count discrepancies, and support cycle counts and full physical inventories. Order Fulfillment – Pick customer orders with accuracy and efficiency to meet service-level expectations. Quality Awareness – Identify and communicate product or process variances following established procedures. Equipment & Housekeeping – Complete pre-shift equipment checks, report maintenance needs, and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Safety First – Adhere to all safety protocols, security procedures, and SOPs; participate in ongoing safety and skills training. Additional responsibilities as business needs evolve. What We're Looking For Dependable, motivated, and ready to work — we value attitude and will provide training. Sound judgment and the ability to think through problems on the fly. Hands-on familiarity with inventory processes. Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States. Valid state-issued driver's license required. Strong communicator who works well with others and can follow both written and verbal direction. Functional math, reading, and English-language skills necessary for safety compliance, documentation, and customer-facing requirements. Physical & Environmental Demands Frequent bending and lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs (with assistance). Prolonged standing, walking, and overhead reaching throughout the shift. Regular use of RF scanners, tablets, two-way radios, and standard warehouse tools. Exposure to controlled temperatures ranging from +50 °F down to −30 °F, including extended time at −20 °F (cold-weather PPE provided). Moderate noise levels typical of an active warehouse environment. Additional Expectations Willingness to work overtime on short notice is required. Keen situational awareness around people, equipment, infrastructure, and product. Commitment to safe practices, including proper operation and daily care of equipment. Successful completion of our internal forklift certification and practical driving evaluation. Ability to thrive under production targets in a fast-moving environment. Professional conduct, appearance, and communication at all times. Self-directed with the ability to collaborate across teams. Schedule Full-time, on-site position. Overtime as required by operational needs.
