Standardiser les modèles documentaires. Structurer la documentation par domaines fonctionnels et applicatifs. Mettre en place une organisation cible dans SharePoint. 2. Développement d’un agent IA IT Purchasing Concevoir un agent Copilot dédié à IT Purchasing. Alimenter l’agent avec la documentation validée. Permettre aux utilisateurs de poser des questions en langage naturel. Fournir des réponses contextualisées basées sur la documentation officielle. Faciliter la recherche d’informations sans connaissance préalable des emplacements documents. Réduire le temps de recherche et de montée en compétence.
