For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager Sales Inventory Operations Planning - Remote in the United States to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will own the sales, inventory, and operations planning operating model and governance for a key business unit, ensuring cross-functional alignment across demand, supply, capacity, and financial planning. The position will partner closely with commercial, finance, operations, and supply chain stakeholders to translate scenario analysis into clear decisions and executable plans. It is a critical leadership role focused on improving planning discipline, strengthening decision-making, and balancing customer service, growth, capacity, and profitability. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $149,700 – $187,100 annually Responsibilities Own the sales, inventory, and operations planning operating model and governance. Lead demand planning, inventory management, and S&OE functions. Connect planning horizons with annual financial planning and execution. Balance customer service, growth, capacity, and profitability through data-driven decisions. Continuously improve the end-to-end planning process and governance. Integrate commercial assumptions and financial commitments into a consensus plan. Drive scenario planning and risk discussions to support clear decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive supply chain, operations, or planning experience with leadership responsibility. Proven ownership of SIOP, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning in complex manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience in demand, supply, capacity planning, inventory management, MPS, MRP, and S&OE. Experience facilitating executive-level cross-functional reviews and translating scenarios into actionable decisions. Strong analytical, financial, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
