Sr. Manager of Procurement

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager of Procurement to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will oversee enterprise procurement activities across multiple spend areas, with a focus on cost optimization, supply continuity, and disciplined sourcing execution. The Sr. Manager will shape procurement strategy, strengthen operating processes, and build the analytical visibility needed to support informed decision-making. This position will also partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and lead people management responsibilities, including hiring and performance oversight. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $139,200 – $208,800 annually Responsibilities Manage procurement teams across diverse spend areas while overseeing hiring and performance Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and enhance supply chain reliability Lead the creation of a comprehensive future-state procurement operating model Establish category strategies and sourcing roadmaps aligned with business impact and supplier dynamics Build and maintain procurement spend analysis tools and Power BI dashboards for visibility Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 12 years of procurement, purchasing, or sourcing experience Experience managing first-level managers, including hiring and performance decisions Experience owning a procurement budget and achieving cost savings and compliance targets Strong background in strategic procurement, category management, and spend analytics Benefits Freedom to set your own schedule and work location as appropriate Opportunity to become an owner of the firm through the Principal program Flexible paid time off to take leave that suits your needs Access to diverse career development and growth opportunities Comprehensive health, life, vision, and dental insurance coverage Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
