About the Opportunity: The SENIOR IT PROCUREMENT & COMPLIANCE ANALYST role is designed to support IT budget, procurement, vendor management, compliance, privacy, risk, and governance activities. This position ensures compliant and effective IT operations by coordinating audit readiness, third-party risk assessments, policy administration, and process improvements. The role contributes to the organization by maintaining governance and compliance standards, supporting privacy programs, and facilitating business continuity and disaster recovery efforts. Responsibilities: Perform IT procurement activities compliant with policies and regulations, including vendor identification, RFP/RFQ management, and vendor recommendation Manage tactical purchasing operations such as purchase orders and invoice processing Support third-party risk management and IT governance compliance via due diligence, security questionnaires, contract compliance tracking, and audit activities Coordinate governance activities including risk and policy reviews, vendor meetings, and management reporting Lead project initiatives, process improvements, and audit preparation efforts Manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery governance, including documentation, exercises, and reporting Assist with IT policy administration and communication Support issue and remediation management by tracking corrective actions and validating closure Support the privacy program through compliance documentation, incident tracking, and risk assessments Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members on procurement and compliance processes Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: Knowledge of COSO, COBIT, NIST, ISO, SOC, HIPAA, GLBA, and other control frameworks Understanding of privacy and data protection principles Advanced organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels Strong Microsoft Office proficiency Pay Range and Compensation Package: The anticipated pay for new hires entering as a Sr. IT Procurement & Compliance Analyst is between $87,500 to $109,350 Eligibility for an annual incentive plan based on company and individual performance Benefits & Perks: 401(k) with up to 6% match, fully vested from day one Tuition reimbursement Paid time off provided at date of hire Eleven paid holidays Remote work opportunities with company-provided equipment Employee assistance program Inclusion Council and Employee Resource Groups Recharge days and volunteer time off Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
