Serves as a subject matter resource for the team, offering guidance and support to strengthen the capabilities of contracting staff. Works closely with Legal, Risk and Compliance, in addition to operational leaders to ensure agreements align with organizational goals, manage risk, and uphold compliance standards. Oversees the purchased services contract portfolio at a senior level, driving system wide consistency, cost optimization, and strong vendor performance and collaboration Responsibilities : Enterprise Contracting & Purchased Services Oversees the full portfolio of purchased services agreements across the enterprise. Manages complex, enterprise level agreements end to end, including Campus Services, IT, EVS, Food Services, Safety, and Security. Serves as the primary contracting authority for purchased services strategy, vendor governance, and performance accountability. Leads escalation management and communicates with executive leadership regarding contract performance and risk.Strategic & Financial Responsibility Directs large scale, highly complex RFP processes, including development of scopes of work (SOWs), evaluation frameworks, and KPI/SLA oversight. Manages enterprise agreements with significant operational, financial, and infrastructure impact. Oversees a purchased services contract portfolio valued at approximately $100 million annually, ensuring financial stewardship, risk mitigation, and long term value creation.Leadership & Team Development Guides, coaches, and mentors contracting staff to support skill development, performance improvement, and professional growth. May provide supervisory oversight within the Contracting function, in support for the Contract Administrator.
