MPA provides after-sales service parts support for Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, and Genesis. In addition to the distribution of genuine service parts, the MPA Accessories division develops accessories for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis - which are installed on new vehicles in the United States and Canada. Description Job Purpose The Sr. Analyst, Accessory Supply is responsible for maintaining accurate accessory inventory and ensuring the appropriate supply of parts is available to support port-installed, dealer-installed, and service requirements throughout the vehicle lifecycle. The role analyzes demand, on-hand inventory, open purchase orders, usage trends, and vehicle production schedules to establish appropriate inventory levels, identify excess and obsolete exposure, and support timely corrective action. This position partners with OE customers, ports, PDCs, forecasting, procurement, and suppliers to balance service and production continuity with inventory investment. Key priorities include reducing excess and obsolete inventory, reconciling inventory variances, improving planning parameters and supplier performance, and developing vehicle build-out plans that prevent shortages while minimizing residual inventory. These responsibilities directly affect customer service, premium freight, warehousing expense, write-off exposure, sales, and company profitability. Key Accountabilities Key Accountabilities Analyze demand, inventory, open orders, pipeline, vehicle production, and installation requirements; maintain planning workbooks and system data to support accurate replenishment decisions. (30%) Identify excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory; perform root-cause analysis and coordinate transfers, order adjustments, consumption plans, returns, or other approved disposition actions to reduce exposure. (20%) Develop and maintain accessory supply plans for new-model launch, running production, and vehicle build-out; align final order quantities and delivery timing to protect installation requirements while minimizing end-of-program inventory. (20%) Monitor inventory accuracy across ports and PDCs; investigate variances, coordinate reconciliations and claims, and drive corrective actions that improve transaction discipline and system-to-physical alignment. (15%) Communicate inventory health, build-out readiness, shortage risks, excess and obsolete exposure, and recovery actions to MPA management, OEs, ports, PDCs, and suppliers. (10%) Develop, document, and continuously improve SOPs, reporting, and cross-functional controls for forecasting, replenishment, inventory reconciliation, build-out planning, and excess inventory reduction.
