Sprinter & Cargo Van Routes — Independent Contractor (1099)

CJM Logistics Group is hiring independent contractor drivers with cargo or Sprinter vans to run daily package delivery routes in the Houston metro area. We are actively building our Houston team now, with routes launching once staffing is complete. Compensation $200 per day, flat rate. Pay does not change based on package count. Route Details 80–120 small packages per route; occasional food box deliveries 75–150 miles per route Typical start times between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM Routes generally take 5–8 hours to complete Routes available 7 days a week with ongoing, consistent volume Requirements Cargo van or Sprinter van (cars, SUVs, and pickup trucks do not qualify) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable lifting and handling packages throughout the shift Contract Type Independent contractor (1099). Drivers operate their own vehicle and are responsible for their own insurance, fuel, and maintenance. Schedule Day shift, 7 days a week availability preferred.
