Routes fill fast! 540-919-1918 Responsibilities Safely operate your personal vehicle, specifically a Sprinter van or similar box truck, to complete delivery routes efficiently and on time Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or dollies when necessary Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) standards, and company safety policies during all driving activities Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and professional interactions with recipients Utilize mobile devices for route navigation, delivery confirmations, and communication with dispatch teams Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure compliance with safety standards and vehicle maintenance needs Follow proper manual lifting practices for heavy or bulky items, ensuring safe handling at all times Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or commercial truck driving with a focus on route efficiency and customer satisfaction Warehouse experience including material handling, moving heavy loads, and operating equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is highly desirable Familiarity with warehouse operations, loading/unloading procedures, and safe lifting practices Strong understanding of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and weight handling in the workplace Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and use mobile devices for route management Excellent manual handling skills with an emphasis on safety during heavy lifting and moving tasks Customer service-oriented mindset with clear communication skills and professionalism during deliveries Join us as a Sprinter Owner Operator if you're ready to take control of your driving career while delivering exceptional service.
