Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in operations or supply chain management or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in inventory management, materials management, supply chain, procurement or warehouse operations. Experience managing critical spare parts, MRO materials, or maintenance inventory preferred Experience working with an ERP/CMMS system such as IBM MAXIMO, SAP or similar Experience with inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy programs Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis and reporting Ability to analyze inventory usage, demand history, lead times, and stocking levels. Understanding of min/max levels, reorder points, safety stock, economic order quantities. Ability to identify excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and critical inventory. Ability to develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze inventory trends and make data-driven stocking recommendations. Ability to identify discrepancies and determine root causes. Ability to balance inventory availability against carrying costs. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data. Ability to prioritize based on equipment reliability and operational impact. Operations Knowledge: Understanding preventative and corrective maintenance requirements. Knowledge of MRO/spare parts procurement and replenishment processes. Ability to work closely with maintenance, procurement, operations, finance and suppliers. Understanding of parts standardization, substitution, and obsolescence management. Work Location: In person
