PROFESSIONAL SERVICES SOURCING SPECIALIST Location: Dallas, TX (3 Days in Office Industry: Global Financial Services Experience: 1 - 4 years of relevant Professional Services Sourcing experience Contract: Ongoing I'm currently recruiting for a Professional Services Sourcing Specialist opportunity with a leading global financial services firm in Dallas, TX. This is a strong opportunity for a sourcing professional with 1 - 4 years of hands-on Professional Services or Strategic Sourcing experience who has worked across supplier negotiations, RFPs, SOWs, spend analysis, and cost savings initiatives. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and manage RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes, including developing requirements, evaluation criteria, and supplier scoring Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with professional services suppliers Analyze spend, pricing, market trends, and supplier data to identify savings opportunities Develop and execute cost reduction and cost avoidance strategies Partner with internal stakeholders to determine appropriate sourcing strategies and supplier solutions Support sourcing pipelines, savings tracking, supplier optimization, and contract management Evaluate existing sourcing processes and identify opportunities for improvement Present sourcing strategies, savings opportunities, and recommendations to leadership Ideal Background: 1-4 years of Professional Services Sourcing or Strategic Sourcing experience Experience supporting SOW, contract, T&M, and/or outsourced managed services engagements Strong RFP, RFQ, RFI, and supplier negotiation experience Demonstrated success driving cost savings and/or cost avoidance initiatives Strong spend analysis, financial modeling, and reporting capabilities Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and influencing purchasing decisions Financial services experience strongly preferred Experience with Ariba, Fieldglass, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Business Objects, or similar tools is a plus The client name will be disclosed to qualified candidates during the recruiting process.
