The Raw Materials Sourcing Manager will support the North America sourcing team, steward authentic relationships and lead strategy across a global supply chain of spices, herbs, flavors, extracts and botanicals. WHAT YOU’LL OWN: Strategy & Leadership 70% of time Serve North American Procurement team as first level of escalation for issue resolution Synthesize data from multiple inputs to drive price forecasting, negotiations, and data informed decisions Collaborate with cross functional partners to develop short and medium term supply chain strategies to minimize risk and ensure continuity of supply Partner with relevant stakeholders to drive meaningful continuous improvement including material performance, operational throughput, and vendor relationships Operational & Reporting 30% of time Develop and utilize reporting tools to track achievement against supply chain KPI’s Ensure KPI’s are met for Inventory, COGs, Transparency, Sustainability, among others Monitor and report stock levels to minimize risk related to formula transitions and aging materials Lead and/or facilitate comprehensive supplier reviews to drive supplier performance, enhance strategic relationships and promote 2-way sharing of actionable insights Order Administration + Regulatory Compliance 50% of time Deliver regulatory compliance against GMPs, quality specifications, organic standards, and dietary supplement regulations Effectively mitigate risk to prevent supply interruptions while maintaining appropriate inventory levels Reliably complete order administration to ensure accurate and on-time delivery Travel to trade shows and origin as needed WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree Organic, food, beverage or dietary supplement experience strongly preferred Familiar with compliance/ GMP’s and CFR 111 Dietary Supplement Regulations High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office S…
