Sourcing Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sourcing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead sourcing and procurement efforts that support operational priorities across a dynamic portfolio of projects and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will balance cost, quality, and risk while helping drive supplier performance, compliance, and measurable value. You will partner closely with internal teams and external suppliers to shape effective sourcing solutions and support successful execution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead sourcing initiatives from strategy development through implementation Partner with stakeholders to align procurement solutions with operational goals Conduct market assessments and supplier evaluations to inform sourcing decisions Negotiate commercial terms while balancing cost, quality, and risk Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance and reduce costs Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to support project success Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a relevant field 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certification preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset Advanced math skills for financial calculations Benefits 401(K) plan Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
