Job Description: TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC location for a Sourcing Manager . Job Description Ultimately responsible for the interface with component manufacturers, distribution channels, and contract manufacturers to identify suppliers, execute contracts, and negotiate costs Execute purchasing responsibilities to maximize supply continuity, growth potential, and profitability of the business unit (BU) Coordinate and build strong relationships across the organization with Asia-based supply chain, engineering, and product development functions Manage the existing supplier base including driving continuous improvement to key metrics including cost reduction, lead time, service level, quality DPPM, payment terms, and inventory Support new product development by working with a cross-functional team that includes Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Operations, and Finance to successfully develop and execute new product launches Job Requirements Experience sourcing in consumer, technology, or other high-growth industry (5+ years) Experience building and managing international teams Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both externally with suppliers and internally with various functions including engineering, product development, quality, finance, and supply chain Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven recommendations, both tactical and strategic, to senior management Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels within organization BS in Purchasing/Supply Chain/Business Mgmt/Engineering preferred
