Snack Pak 4 Kids Warehouse Manager

Snack Pak 4 Kids is seeking a motivated operations professional to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, product fulfillment, and distribution. This position provides leadership and guidance to volunteers and vendors while ensuring efficient, safe, and organized operations. Additional responsibilities include supporting Snack Pak Pack Nights, summer distribution, special events, garden volunteer coordination, and community engagement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Warehouse & Operations Management Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, product storage, order fulfillment, invoicing, deliveries, and pickups. Coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing distributions while serving as the primary point of contact for warehouse deliveries and order pickups. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure products are properly received, stored, organized, and distributed. Maintain a safe, secure, clean, and organized warehouse environment. Coordinate delivery schedules and assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and distributing products. Manage and fulfill orders for the local cooperative. Utilize computer programs and inventory management systems to maintain accurate records and support efficient operations. Leadership & Volunteer Coordination Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and operational support to volunteers and vendors. Foster a welcoming and collaborative environment that promotes dignity, respect, teamwork, and the individual contributions of volunteers. Coordinate garden volunteers and address operational and maintenance needs, including irrigation systems and security. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees, volunteers, vendors, and community partners. Program & Community Support Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing Snack Pak Pack Nights and the summer distribution program. Support special events and large-scale volunteer activities, including fundraisers, press conferences, volunteer recognition events, holiday celebrations, and educational conferences. Participate in community engagement initiatives and assist with developing social media content that highlights programs, activities, and organizational efforts. Gather and utilize program feedback to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance service delivery. Support the ongoing goals, objectives, and mission of Snack Pak 4 Kids and Baptist Community Services. General Responsibilities Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to meet operational and program needs. Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a positive work environment. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and comply with all BCS safety policies and procedures. Promote quality service, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
