We make peptide-rich skincare and DIY formulation supplies, and we sell on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and our own website. We’re looking for an esthetician to work directly with the founder as her right hand. You’ll learn every part of the business, and the founder will personally train you in design and AI tools. What makes this different from a salon job: Steady hourly pay that doesn’t depend on bookings, no-shows, or commission A set weekday schedule, with no nights or weekends Paid mileage and paid breaks Real business training you can’t get in a treatment room No two weeks are the same. One week you’re shooting product content, the next you’re prepping a big Amazon shipment or helping a customer build a routine. If you like change, variety, and learning something new all the time, you’ll love it here. If you want the same task every day, this isn’t the right fit. We’re a small team, so reliability matters. We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, communicates early if something comes up, and takes pride in doing things right. What your week looks like Customer Service: Answer customer questions by email and on our sales channels. Use your esthetician knowledge to explain products, ingredients, and routines. We have an easy-to-use system, so you’ll never be guessing. Inventory Management: Count and track stock, reorder supplies, and help prepare shipments to Amazon, Walmart, and our 3PL. You’ll follow a clear SOP and a simple system. Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label orders accurately and on time. Content & Design: Help create product photos, short videos, social posts, and skincare education content. Design training is included. Daily Runs: Post office drop-offs and supply pickups and drop-offs around Boise. Mileage is paid.
