Site Materials Manager

The role will report to VP of Business Development or VP of Branch Support. Responsibilities Leading and developing employees to deliver the highest level of unparalleled customer service in the industry. Maintaining high levels of accuracy in daily operations and warehouse inventory. Directing all Customer Site operations, including Receiving, Shipping, Warehousing, Distribution, and Staffing within the Site Materials/ VMI account. Ability to successfully communicate with all departments of Agilix Solutions to fulfill the overall Site Materials value proposition. Oversee the Business Management System pertaining to the operations, sales, warehouse, and inventory processes. Suggests operationally efficient workflow recommendations. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management required. 3-5 years of experience managing small teams of employees required. 3- 5 years of industry experience, electrical distribution, or industrial storeroom experience is considered a plus. Knowledge of sales, administration, warehouse operations, and industrial plant workflow. Leadership experience includes hiring, training, supervising, and motivating employees. Passion for customer service and providing quality solutions for customers, both internal and external. Proficient and comfortable working within database software such as INFOR SX.E ERP, CribMaster, Order entry, and Job Management Attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate verbal and written information to appropriate stakeholders. Excellent listening skills and willingness to ask and answer questions.
