Shop & Delivery Driver / Inventory Coordinator

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Shop & Delivery Driver to support our operations. This role combines shop responsibilities, material deliveries, inventory management, and tool control to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of our business.Key Responsibilities:Delivery & Transportation Safely operate company delivery trucks. Pick up and deliver materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites and vendors. Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues. Shop Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. Receive, unload, and store incoming materials. Prepare materials and equipment for field crews. Inventory Management Receive and process purchase orders. Track and maintain material inventory levels. Conduct regular inventory counts and report shortages. Coordinate restocking of materials and supplies. Tool Management Maintain tool inventory and tracking systems. Issue and receive tools from employees. Inspect tools for damage and arrange repairs or replacements as needed. Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and accounted for. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience driving pickup trucks and/or delivery vehicles. Forklift experience is an asset. Strong organizational and inventory management skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and purchase order management. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Preferred Experience Warehouse, shop, or construction industry experience. Inventory control and purchasing experience.
