Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, building maintenance, and all inbound/outbound freight activity. This role ensures accurate product movement, a safe work environment, and efficient support for our sales, service, and shop teams. Manage inventory storage, organization, and security Receive and check in all vendor shipments and distribute materials to proper locations Pull marine gears, PTOs, clutches, and related parts for shop orders and sales needs Build kits and transmissions based on shop orders Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and adjust inventory as needed Prepare and maintain inbound/outbound inspection sheets for all serialized products Clean and prep used parts for identification and re-inventory Shipping & Receiving Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Package and ship customer orders, UPS shipments, and branch transfers Handle all freight traffic, auditing freight bills for accuracy and best routing File and follow up on freight claims when necessary Build crates for export, government, and specialty shipments Maintenance & Support Purchase supplies for warehouse, shop, building maintenance, and shipping Troubleshoot warehouse issues and maintain proper housekeeping standards Cross-Department Support Work closely with sales and service teams on pickups and deliveries Assist mechanics on shop or field jobs when a second person is needed Pick up hardware, hoses, or other materials needed for service jobs Make minor inventory adjustments when required Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of motor freight systems, warehousing practices, and vendor processes Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic PC skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities Leadership skills for both individual and team situations Understanding of company products, industry customers, and vendors (or ability to learn quickly) Basic mechanical aptitude and carpentry knowledge High integrity, sound judgment, and strong decision-making abilities Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues Awareness of workplace safety practices and their impact on employee health Preferred: Experience with international shipping documents, export paperwork, or related documentation Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Language: English (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Exeter, NH 03833 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Exeter, NH 03833: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
