Shipping & Warehouse Associate

Shipping & Warehouse Associate About the Role We're a small, hands-on operation looking for a reliable, self-sufficient associate to take over the day-to-day fulfillment of our web orders and assist with warehouse shipping operations. This is a real, working role — not a corporate warehouse job. You'll be trusted to manage the full cycle of our online orders independently, while also helping with freight shipping, forklift work, and truck loading/unloading. If you've done warehouse work and know your way around Shopify and ShipStation, this was written for you. Responsibilities Stage and prepare all delivery orders in the morning prior to drivers arriving at the warehouses for an easy loading process into their vans. Process and fulfill all web/e-commerce orders daily using Shopify and ShipStation — from printing labels to packing and shipping Handle customer service emails professionally and promptly, resolving order questions and shipping issues Pack and prepare outgoing shipments accurately, including proper labeling, boxing, and documentation Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks and move product throughout the warehouse Wrap, strap, and prepare freight pallets for LTL and full truckload shipments Drive company cargo/Ford Transit vans for local pickups and deliveries as needed Maintain a clean, organized fulfillment and shipping area.
