Shipping Supervisor

Krown Produce is a local and well established company focusing on produce distribution throughout Western Canada. We are seeking the right individual to fulfill a position, in our Winnipeg warehouse, as a: SHIPPING SUPERVISOR Working with the Shipping & Receiving Team, the successful individual is energetic, focused & highly motivated. In this role you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the distribution process to ensure effective and efficient operations. Responsibilities will include: Supervising the receiving, shipping and distribution of fresh produce Monitoring the day-to-day processing of all orders are picked with accuracy Meeting shipping goals and performance standards, following SOP’s Cross training members of the warehouse team Qualifications needed to succeed in this role are: Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to effectively manage a team to ensure operations are completed as efficiently as possible Able to work overtime and weekends We thank all applicants for their expression of interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
