SHIPPING REWORK 3RD SHIFT
JBS FoodsDescription Position Title: Shipping Rework- C Shift Department: Shipping Shift: 3rd Shift (Overnights) Position Summary The Shipping Rework Team Member is responsible for reworking, inspecting, and preparing products to meet customer, quality, and shipping requirements. This position ensures products are accurately labeled, packaged, and palletized before shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Rework products that do not meet shipping or customer requirements. Inspect products for quality, packaging, labeling, and accuracy. Remove, replace, or correct packaging materials and labels as needed. Repack products according to specifications. Build, restack, and secure pallets for shipment. Verify product counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate quality or product concerns to supervision. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production and shipping environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Previous warehouse, shipping, production, or rework experience preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 pounds regularly. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial environments.
