Revic OpticsOverview The Shipping & Receiving Technician is a critical role responsible for accurately processing inventory moves and fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner. You'll perform receiving duties, including unloading trucks and visually inspecting packages for damage. Inspect items against packing lists and purchase orders. Count or weigh parts to verify quantity. Use pallet jacks, dollies, and a forklift to move and distribute materials. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience You’ll Need as an Shipping & Receiving Technician: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2 years of experience in a shipping, receiving, or warehouse environment preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail, particularly in verifying parts, quantities, and documentation accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to strictly follow documented work instructions and standard operating procedures. Experience with inventory or warehouse management software preferred (Odoo experience a plus). Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, dollies, forklift); training provided. Must be able to comply with all applicable safety regulations and company policies.
