Position Summary: Koma Precision is looking for a dependable, hands-on Shipping & Receiving / Stockkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will handle a mix of shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading materials onto or from pallets to designated warehouse area. You will help keep our warehouse organized, safe, and running smoothly. You will work under specific direction from management and play a key part in getting materials and orders in and out the door accurately and on time. Occasionally you will drive various company vehicles for local pick-ups and drop-offs. This is an on-site, shop-floor role at our East Windsor, Connecticut facility, which includes a technician work area. The position works a standard eight-hour shift and requires frequent standing, bending, walking, and carrying up to 50 pounds. In addition to core assembly duties, it requires general housekeeping, attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders, labels, and paperwork, as well as willingness to complete any and all duties as assigned by management. Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to interact within all levels of the organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license (required) Forklift certified ( preferred) PC literate (required) Familiar with FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping programs (required) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience.
