Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse Accurately receive inbound shipments by inspecting deliveries, verifying quantities Prepare outbound shipments by picking, packing, and staging products according to shipping logistics requirements Support stock replenishment activities by stocking shelves and organizing warehouse storage areas efficiently Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize order fulfillment workflows and improve overall warehouse operations Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers in a warehouse environment Familiarity with shipping logistics, and packaging standards Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and verifying shipment quantities accurately Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking & packing processes Customer service orientation to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external carriers Join us as a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to play a crucial role in our supply chain excellence!
