Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team. Duties Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport goods throughout the facility Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using inventory management software and data entry systems Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately for delivery Maintain precise inventory records within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems Ensure compliance with shipping logistics standards and international trade regulations when applicable Assist with stock replenishment, order picking, and order fulfillment processes to meet customer demands Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and storage areas to uphold safety standards and optimize warehouse operations Experience Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers, preferably with forklift certification and experience operating RF scanners or order pickers Familiarity with inventory management software, warehouse management systems Strong understanding of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order fulfillment procedures Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Excellent data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior customer service experience is a plus, as effective communication with team members is essential Join us as a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator and become an integral part of our logistics excellence!
