Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

CR Express Forwarding LLC | Laredo, TX We are looking for a bilingual, organized, and dependable individual to join our team. This position combines customer service, shipping and receiving, administrative tasks, and hands-on warehouse support. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers and respond to emails in English and Spanish. Receive, inspect, incoming shipments Maintain inventory records and shipment documentation. Follow up on deliveries, pickups, and pending shipments. Assist with import/export logistics procedures. Operate a forklift and assist with warehouse activities as needed. Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or customer service. Forklift operating experience required. Good computer and email communication skills. Organized, responsible, and able to multitask. Willingness to perform both office and warehouse duties. We Offer: Starting pay: $16/hour, with flexibility based on experience. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Weekly pay. Paid holidays and vacation. Convenient central location in Laredo Texas Direct employment with an established logistics company.
