Join Takumi Stamping’s Logistics & Warehouse team to turn daily shipping lists into correctly picked, packed, and ready-to-ship parts—and make a visible difference in keeping shipments on schedule. Keep orders moving from the warehouse to shipment. In this Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Parts Fulfillment Specialist role at Takumi Stamping, you’ll pick and verify parts, package and label orders, and flag shortages or discrepancies promptly. You’ll also monitor packing supplies and work with the Shipping Supervisor to keep daily shipments on track. Key Responsibilities Pick orders: Use daily shipping lists to pull the correct part numbers and quantities from warehouse inventory. Sort and bag parts: Prepare parts according to size specifications. Label accurately: Apply labels provided by the Shipping Supervisor to bagged parts to maintain traceability. Pack for shipment: Secure labeled bags in individual boxes, then group the boxes into standard master cases. Flag inventory issues: Report discrepancies or part shortages found while picking orders promptly to the Shipping Supervisor for resolution. Keep supplies stocked: Monitor bags, boxes, and master cases, and alert the Shipping Supervisor when replenishment is needed to avoid shipping delays. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or shipping environment is a plus. Careful attention to part numbers and quantities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication for team coordination and inventory reporting. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift standard warehouse boxes. Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Work Location: In person
