Manufacturing Associate Build quality lighting components in a team-focused environment We're hiring Manufacturing Associates to support our lighting components manufacturing operation. This hands-on role offers variety, skill development, and the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative production team focused on quality and safety. What You'll Do Assemble and build lighting components by following instructions, blueprints, and bills of materials Prep, load, and solder components and subassemblies Gather, audit, and transport materials to support efficient production Perform basic equipment checks and notify leadership of issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Complete inventory counts and support general production tasks What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to complete company-provided training Strong attention to detail and good visual acuity (including color distinction) Ability to sit and perform detailed work for most of the shift Ability to work independently and safely in a manufacturing environment Commitment to confidentiality and quality standards Manufacturing experience preferred but not required Additional Requirement: Due to U.S. export regulations (ITAR/EAR), candidates must be eligible for required U.S. government authorizations. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background and drug screening.
