Shipping & Receiving Clerk Location: Erie, PA Schedule: 1st Shift Monday – Friday | 7:00a.m. - 3:30p.m. Join a team where accuracy, organization, and communication keep everything moving! Accudyn Products, Inc. is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. If you enjoy staying organized, coordinating shipments, solving problems, and making sure the details are right, this could be a great opportunity for you! In this role, you’ll be an important part of our day-to-day operations, helping ensure products and materials move efficiently in and out of our facility. You’ll work closely with our warehouse, customer service, quality, and other internal teams while coordinating domestic and international shipments and maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can confidently manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. What You’ll Do As our Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will: Coordinate outgoing shipments based on customer requirements, ship-to dates, and instructions within IQMS. Review pick tickets and staged products to ensure shipments are accurate before they leave our facility. Prepare, organize, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation. Generate and complete Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) following product shipments. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal departments, customers, carriers, and other applicable parties. Obtain freight and logistics quotes and process related purchase orders according to established procedures. Coordinate domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments. Prepare and maintain required international shipping documentation, including applicable USMCA and NAFTA documentation. Review incoming receiving paperwork for completeness and accuracy. Receive goods according to established procedures, including product labeling and providing Quality with required documentation for incoming inspection. Maintain accurate inventory records for warehouse locations, release aisles, and staging areas. Coordinate shipping requests from departments throughout the organization. Assist with additional shipping, receiving, and warehouse projects as needed. Education & Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Two or more years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred. Experience within plastics or manufacturing is a plus. Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification; internal training will be provided. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time. Frequently lift, carry, stoop, bend, stretch, reach, and grasp. Frequently lift, push, and/or pull at least 40 pounds using safe lifting practices. Regularly handle and manipulate objects. Communicate effectively with others in a manufacturing environment. Maintain the visual acuity necessary to review products, labels, and documentation.
