Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Overview Join our dynamic logistics team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations and efficient order fulfillment. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments by inspecting, verifying, and documenting deliveries using warehouse management systems. Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products accurately according to order specifications. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods. Maintain detailed records of inventory movements through data entry into inventory management software. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to uphold inventory accuracy and support inventory management efforts. Ensure compliance with shipping logistics standards, international trade regulations, and trade compliance protocols for both domestic and international shipments. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve shipping or receiving issues promptly, providing excellent support throughout the process. Requirements No experience needed in warehouse operations but appreciated, shipping & receiving. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order picking, packing, and inventory counts. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely is not required but is appreciated. Strong data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety standards.
