JM FabricationShipping / Receiving Clerk JM Fabrication Company LLC – Arlington, TX Role Overview JM Fab is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to handle incoming material and outgoing shipments for aerospace and defense parts, keeping everything accurate, traceable, and on time. Responsibilities Receive incoming material, verify against purchase orders and packing slips, and log receipts into the ERP system. Stage material and parts for quality receiving inspection and route to stock or production. Pack, label, and ship finished parts per customer packaging and shipping requirements. Prepare packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping documentation, and attach required certifications. Coordinate carrier pickups and track shipments. Maintain accurate inventory locations, counts, and traceability. Operate forklift and pallet jack safely (certification provided if needed). Qualifications 1+ year of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience, ideally in manufacturing (preferred). Basic computer skills; ERP or inventory system experience preferred. Attention to detail with part numbers, quantities, and paperwork. Forklift experience (preferred). Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs; stand and walk for extended periods; perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
