Shipping & Receiving Associate West Michigan Tag & Label | Grand Rapids, MI Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday West Michigan Tag & Label is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and customer order fulfillment. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time Generate shipping paperwork and labels Load and unload trucks Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventory checks Process inventory transactions within our ERP system Assist with warehouse management, organization, and material flow Stage materials for production Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Work closely with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Sales teams What You Need Warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred Experience using ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems preferred Forklift experience is a plus Basic computer and scanner skills Strong attention to detail and accountability Good organizational and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment Benefits Health insurance and ERP 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays Stable, family-owned company Why WMTL?
