Shipping/Receiving Associate Vinyl Design – Holland, OH Pay: $16.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays About Vinyl Design Vinyl Design is a growing window manufacturing facility in Holland, Ohio, looking for a dependable and hardworking Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in preparing finished windows for shipment and assisting with the loading of delivery trucks. We are willing to train the right candidate. Manufacturing experience and prior use of wrapping equipment are preferred, but reliability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality are what matter most. Job Responsibilities Operate a window-wrapping machine to prepare finished windows for shipment. Wrap and package windows according to company standards. Assist with loading trucks for customer deliveries. Handle finished products safely and carefully to prevent damage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established safety procedures and maintain company standards for workmanship and quality. Perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility. Ability to lift and safely move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks involving bending, twisting, lifting, and handling materials. Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus. Previous experience operating wrapping or packaging equipment is preferred. Willingness to learn new equipment and follow established procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, quality work. Work Environment Indoor manufacturing and shipping environment. Fast-paced, hands-on work performed primarily on your feet throughout the shift. Repetitive movements and frequent material handling are required. On-the-job training provided. Pay and Benefits Starting pay of $16.00 per hour . Full-time employment, approximately 40 hours per week. First-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed.
