Shipping Operations Assistant

Job Overview 365 Fulfillment Group is seeking a reliable and organized Shipping Operations Assistant to support our daily shipping and fulfillment activities. This position plays an important role in preparing orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure packages move through the shipping process efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in logistics, shipping, and warehouse operations. No previous shipping experience is required training will be provided. Responsibilities Assist with daily shipping and fulfillment operations Prepare customer orders and packages for shipment Verify shipping information, quantities, and order details Print and apply shipping labels and documentation Sort and organize outgoing packages by destination or carrier Coordinate with team members to ensure orders are processed on schedule Assist with receiving and organizing incoming materials when needed Inspect packages for proper labeling and secure packaging Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to a supervisor Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow company procedures and shipping guidelines Provide support with other fulfillment and logistics tasks as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers Ability to stand, walk, and handle packages throughout the workday Previous shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required Skills Shipping and order processing Package preparation and labeling Organization and time management Inventory and material handling Teamwork and communication Problem-solving and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive compensation Paid training and onboarding Supportive and team-oriented workplace Opportunities for professional growth Hands-on experience in shipping and fulfillment operations Stable work with a growing fulfillment company Pay: $22.50 - $23.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
