Shipping/Material Control
Baker ManufacturingOverview Hands-on role supporting material control, shipping & receiving, and inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse. This position combines forklift operation and ERP inventory work with a team. Reports to: Inventory/Shipping Supervisor Duties Material Control & Inventory Pick, pull, and distribute materials using Epicor ERP Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts Organize warehouse storage for efficiency and safety Shipping & Receiving Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments Ensure shipping paperwork and documentation accuracy Forklift Operation Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment Perform basic equipment upkeep (charging, fueling) Safety Follow PPE and warehouse safety requirements Maintain clean, organized work areas Other Duties as Assigned Qualifications Forklift experience required • 3+ years warehouse/material control experience • Prior leadership experience given priority • Computer skills required (Microsoft suite) • High school diploma or GED • Prior experience with EPICOR strongly preferred • Strong attention to detail and organization • Able to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs team lift) Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
