SHIPPING MANAGER

Experienced in Imports from China to the United States We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Shipping Manager to oversee international shipping and import operations from China to the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international logistics and customs clearance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate shipments from China to the United States. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery. Manage import documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and import requirements. Resolve shipping delays, customs issues, and logistics challenges. Maintain accurate shipping records and provide shipment status updates. Qualifications: Proven experience managing imports from China to the United States. Knowledge of customs clearance procedures. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and shipping or inventory management systems. Position: Shipping Manager Work Arrangement: On-site only — no remote work available Location: Norwalk CT Employment Type: Full-Time from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
