Our business serves two exciting markets: Direct-to-Consumer (D2C): High-volume e-commerce fulfillment through multiple online stores. Business-to-Business (B2B): Custom apparel and promotional products for businesses, organizations, schools, sports teams, retailers and events. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys staying organized, and understands that attention to detail is what creates an outstanding customer experience. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Montreal facility. About the Role As our Shipping, Logistics & Inventory Coordinator , you'll oversee the final stage of every customer order before it leaves our facility. You'll be responsible for shipping hundreds of products each week with exceptional accuracy while maintaining inventory integrity and ensuring incoming shipments are received correctly. You'll work closely with our Operations, Production, Customer Service and Finance teams to help keep our business running efficiently. As our company grows, this position offers the opportunity to develop into a leadership role overseeing additional shipping staff. What You'll Be DoingShipping & Logistics Process daily high-volume e-commerce orders quickly and accurately. Coordinate customized B2B shipments requiring additional planning and attention to detail. Perform the final quality control inspection before every shipment leaves the building. Verify finished products against packing slips to ensure complete order accuracy. Package products professionally while maintaining Black Maple Trading's presentation standards. Create shipping labels using ShipStation, Freightcom, ClickShip, Chit Chats and other shipping platforms. Coordinate shipments with multiple courier partners throughout the day. Maintain an organized, clean and efficient shipping department. Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency and shipping accuracy. Receiving & Inventory Receive daily deliveries of apparel blanks and production supplies. Verify incoming inventory against purchase orders through physical counts. Report discrepancies immediately. Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software. Process inventory adjustments related to receiving, production scrap and inventory corrections. Work closely with our Finance team to maintain inventory accuracy. What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be someone who naturally takes ownership and pride in their work. However, the following experience is considered a strong asset: Shipping, logistics, warehouse or inventory experience. E-commerce order fulfillment. B2B shipping and freight coordination. Experience with shipping platforms such as ShipStation, Freightcom, ClickShip, Chit Chats or similar systems. Experience using inventory management or ERP software. Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software. What We Offer Monday to Friday schedule (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM). No evenings or weekends. Stable, full-time employment.
