Shipping & Inventory Control Specialist

Shipping & Inventory Control Specialist Wooster, OH, United States | req33827 What you will enjoy doing* You will operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials and equipment Coordinate with technicians, management, and customer/client groups to provide goods, services, information, and meet support requirements and schedules Pick orders accurately and efficiently and organize warehouse products and materials to maintain inventory accuracy Further, you will inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accurate quantity, count, and quality, and complete shipping and receiving paperwork on time Maintain warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions or damage Follow all health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures And you will also collaborate with team members and communicate issues or concerns to management Work outdoors in all weather conditions, lift up to 75 lbs daily, climb and bend, and work after hours or on call as needed What makes you great You have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and valid forklift operator certification JDE experience and experience setting up UPS and LTL shipments Experience in shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading trucks and operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks You have understanding of warehouse safety procedures and regulations with strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment Strong communication and teamwork skills with flexibility to work overtime as needed Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
