Shipping Data Clerk

Job Summary: Coordinate the ongoing logistical functions of the organization by coordinating the distribution, internal allocation, and delivery of products. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Monitor daily KPI on such things as: cargo volume, manpower, transportation status, claims, returns, and productivity analysis. Conduct daily closing procedures for transportation vendors. Prepare and verify D-1, D-Day, and D+1 inventory status reports. Conduct on-site physical inventory counts and verification. Conduct daily management of LQ2 inventory pallets, including logging damages and repairs. Verify and process invoices from transportation, forklift, and Nexair service providers. Prepare and support sales-related invoices and documentation. Participate in current system improvement projects. Provide operational backup for field tasks, including computer system management and transportation planning. Participate in process improvement for the shipping department. Required Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of effective customer service practices, especially in logistics and delivery contexts Knowledge of stock movement, reconciliation, and warehouse flow Expert in inventory tracking systems, shipping documentation, and office procedures Computer Skills – expert in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems Possess active listening skills, to include the ability to provide clear communication Committed to internal and external customer satisfaction Possess professional communication skills Must be able to travel at a short notice Education and Experience: Four (4) year degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Multiple years of experience in a warehouse environment Multiple years of experience collecting data pertaining to logistics in a warehouse setting. Physical Requirements: Will work in a warehouse where work is dusty, dirty, and noisy May be required to stand for extended periods of time Extended working at a desk with prolonged periods of computer work Must be able to lift up to 30- pounds at times Including required use of any Personal Protective Equipment
