Shipping & Customer Service Associate

MEA Pack & Ship is hiring a reliable, friendly person to help customers and handle daily counter operations. We offer domestic and international parcel shipping, packing, printing, copying, scanning, virtual mailboxes, and air, ocean, and ground freight services. You’ll work directly with customers, prepare shipments, handle packages and mail, and help keep the store running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who pays attention, stays organized, and follows through on their work. What you’ll do Greet customers and help them choose the right service for their needs. Answer phone calls and emails, provide quotes, and explain service options. Process shipments, enter customer information accurately, and prepare shipping labels and paperwork. Weigh, measure, pack, and label packages. Accept eligible drop-offs and returns according to company procedures. Assist with freight requests, gather shipment details, and coordinate quotes and pickups with our team and shipping partners. Complete printing, copying, and scanning orders. Receive and organize virtual mailbox customers’ mail and packages, process scanning and forwarding requests, and verify identification when required. Track shipments and help customers with delivery questions or issues. Take payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records. Keep the counter, packing area, and supplies clean, organized, and stocked. Follow company procedures, protect customer information, and ask for help when something is unclear. What we’re looking for Good customer service and clear communication. Arabic or Spanish language skills are a plus. Candidates who speak either language or both are encouraged to apply. Someone dependable, punctual, and comfortable working with the public. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn our systems. Attention to detail when entering addresses, preparing documents, and handling customer orders. Ability to manage several tasks and stay organized during busy periods. Willingness to handle packages and perform daily store duties safely, with reasonable accommodation where applicable. Previous experience in customer service, retail, shipping, or printing is preferred. Pay: $15.40 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
