Shipping Coordinator

City of Industry, CA Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime: Possible daily overtime and Saturdays (starting at 4:00 AM) Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Summary: Pathway Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping operations at Snap-on Tools. This position is responsible for coordinating outgoing shipments, preparing shipping documentation, verifying orders, and ensuring products are shipped accurately and on schedule. Job Responsibilities: * Coordinate and process daily outgoing shipments. * Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading (BOLs), and other required documentation. * Verify orders, quantities, and shipping information for accuracy. * Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers and freight companies. * Track shipments and communicate updates regarding delivery status. * Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment. * Maintain accurate shipping records and update inventory or shipping systems. * Communicate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams. * Resolve shipping discrepancies and assist with delivery issues. * Maintain an organized and efficient shipping area. Qualifications: * Previous shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred. * Experience with shipping software, ERP systems, or inventory systems is a plus. * Knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures. * Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed. #AV1
